Article 1 – Scope
The present general conditions of sale are intended to govern the relationship between the company Anamorphosis and its customers, adult natural persons having the quality of consumer within the framework of the online sale of articles and products marketed by the company Anamorphosis concluded through the intermediary from the company's website www.elisaetjim.com. By purchasing through the website of the company Anamorphosis www.elisaetjim.com, the customer expressly and fully accepts these general conditions of sale. These are subject to change and updates without prior notice. The conditions applicable to the order of an article by a customer are those in force on the day of the order. In the event that one of the clauses of these general conditions of sale is null and void by a change in legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this can in no way affect the validity and respect of these general conditions of sale or call into question the validity of the other provisions which will continue to apply. Article 4 – Order conditions
Order taking on the www.elisaetjim.com site is subject to strict compliance with the various stages of order registration. To place an order on the Site, the customer must have legal capacity and hold a Visa – Eurocard – Mastercard bank card.
Anamorphosis cannot be held liable for any damage inherent in the use of the Internet network (break in service, failure to connect to the Site, external intrusion, presence of computer viruses) or in the event of force majeure.
Article 5 – Availability of items
Orders are accepted within the limits of available stocks, of which the customer is informed at the time of his order by a mention on the site itself.
Article 6 – Acceptance of orders by Anamorphosis
The Anamorphosis Company also reserves the right to refuse any order placed by a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. In the event that the order does not meet these general conditions of sale, the customer will be informed by the company Anamorphosis within a maximum period of six (6) days by telephone or by e-mail. If the customer fails to bring his order into conformity with the Anamorphosis Company, the Anamorphosis Company reserves the right to purely and simply cancel the said order.

Article 8 – Price of items
The prices displayed on the site www.elisaetjim.com are indicated in Euros and include all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The prices invoiced are those in effect on the date of the order. The amount of the transport costs relating to the delivery of the articles will be automatically displayed in the basket during the validation of the order by the customer. The customer will receive, upon delivery, for each of the items, written confirmation of the price paid and the delivery costs charged to him. In the context of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, the customer remains the importer (or intra-community purchaser) of the item(s) concerned. As such, customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or state taxes that may be required are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 9 – Terms of payment
The payment of the customer's purchases is made by all the cards of the "CB" network, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards. The customer also agrees to make payment via a bank card which he personally holds and bearing his identity (surname and first name). By communicating his bank card number and/or his bank details, the customer accepts in advance and unconditionally that the Anamorphosis Company proceeds with the secure transaction.
The customer therefore authorizes his bank in advance to debit his account in view of the records or statements sent by the Olivia C. Company, even in the absence of invoices signed by the hand of the cardholder. Authorization to debit the customer's account is always given for the amount of the item(s) purchased as invoiced by the Anamorphosis Company. The customer's bank card is debited within a maximum of six (6) days after verification of the satisfaction of the order with these general conditions of sale, of the availability of the item(s). In the event that, for any reason whatsoever (objection, refusal of the issuing centre, etc.), the debit of the sums owed by the customer proves impossible, the order will not be recorded by the Anamorphosis Company.
Article 10 – Security of transactions
Anamorphosis does not store any credit card number. The payment platforms used are PayPal and Stripe, two globally recognized and perfectly secure platforms.
Article 11 – Delivery
The shipment of items by the Anamorphosis company will only take place after receipt of payment for the order. Orders are shipped by DHL, FEDEX, LA POSTE in the COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST service to the delivery address indicated by the customer. As an indication, the delivery times are as follows: Metropolitan France (2 to 6 working days) – EEC outside Switzerland (4 to 10 working days). These deadlines being given for information only and depending on third-party service providers, Anamorphosis cannot be held responsible in the event of late delivery.
The delivery is made against signature of the customer. Any unsuccessful delivery (address, building, code, staircase, name (etc.) missing or incorrect, etc.) will be subject to additional processing time for the order, and reshipment. At the end of the return, Anamorphosis' customer service will contact the customer and inform him that the costs of returning the order will be at his expense.
The shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the place of delivery of the weight and the total volume of the items ordered, so as to ensure the fairest possible cost.
In the event of delivery elsewhere than on French territory, the customer is required to proceed, with the authorities of his territory, to the payment of any tax or fee (customs duties, local taxes, etc.) imposed by the regulations.
Article 12 – Data
It is recalled that when ordering, the Anamorphosis Company collects personal data.
These data are necessary for the processing of the order and may be communicated in whole or in part to the contractual partners of the Company acting strictly within the framework of the execution of the order. The customer is informed that these same personal data are also collected by the organization in charge of managing orders and payments as well as the fight against credit card fraud. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the customer has a right to access, modify, rectify, oppose and delete personal data concerning him. Article 13 – Right of withdrawal and return of items
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal which he can exercise, without having to justify reasons, within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the articles. . Article 15 – Force majeure
The execution by the company Anamorphosis of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure which would hinder or delay its execution.
The Anamorphosis company will inform the customer of such a fortuitous event or force majeure within seven days of its occurrence. In the event that this suspension continues beyond a period of fifteen days, the customer would then have the possibility of terminating the order in progress.
Article 16 – Disputes – Law
These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, only the version of the general conditions of sale written in French will prevail between the parties. Any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these general conditions of sale and its consequences will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
